LumiVitae Worldwide Warranty Policy

Legal Conformity Warranty: Lumivitae, Lda provides a worldwide legal conformity warranty on the CellPower Hydrogen Water Bottle sold to consumers for a period of 2 (two) years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers worldwide consumers and grants specific legal rights, ensuring that the CellPower Hydrogen Water Bottle meets the required standards of quality and performance.

Procedure to Exercise Warranty Rights: If your CellPower Hydrogen Water Bottle develops a defect or malfunction, please promptly contact LumiVitae's Customer Service, providing the order number, a description of the defect or malfunction, and the original purchase invoice.

Conditions and Limitations: This warranty is personal to the original owner and is non-transferable.

If the CellPower Hydrogen Water Bottle is repaired or replaced during the final six months of the warranty period, the warranty for the repaired or replaced part, or the entire product, may be extended by up to six months from the date of repair or replacement, ensuring that consumers are adequately protected even after repairs or replacements. This extension guarantees that any issues with the repair or replacement are properly covered. 

Please note that LumiVitae will not accept the return of any allegedly defective CellPower Hydrogen Water Bottles without prior authorization, including the means, carrier, and route of shipment for such return. Unauthorized rework on any materials will not be credited.

Disclaimers: Except for LumiVitae's warranty of title to the goods, all other express and implied warranties are expressly disclaimed and excluded, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement of third-party intellectual property, and any warranties arising from the course of dealing or performance, custom, or usage of trade.

Exclusions: LumiVitae's obligations do not cover defects or losses caused by normal wear and tear, improper installation, accidents, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications or repairs, or any damage caused by connections and interfaces not consistent with LumiVitae's instructions or the designed capabilities of the CellPower Hydrogen Water Bottle.

Third-Party Products: This warranty does not apply to any products that are not LumiVitae branded, even if they have been packaged or sold together with the CellPower Hydrogen Water Bottle. Products that are not LumiVitae branded may benefit from a manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the product's packaging and documentation for detailed information.

Regional Warranty Coverage: In some regions, local legislation may entitle consumers to additional or different warranty protections beyond the standard 2-year period. These rights are determined by the laws of the country where the consumer resides. LumiVitae complies with all such local regulations, and consumers are encouraged to consult the relevant laws in their country to understand their full rights.

European Union (EU) Consumers: For consumer purchases (individuals acting for purposes outside their commercial, industrial, artisanal, or professional activities) within the European Union, LumiVitae extends the legal conformity warranty to 3 (three) years for the CellPower Hydrogen Water Bottle in accordance with Decree-Law No. 84/2021, of October 18.
